Fresh asphalt should cure about 30 days before striping so paint bonds instead of flaking. New sealcoat needs roughly 24 hours. We coordinate directly with your paving or sealcoat contractor so the lines go down at the right time.

Yes. We fill small and medium potholes with commercial-grade cold patch asphalt, compacted flush and ready for traffic right away — an easy add-on while the crew is already on your lot. Larger failures like deep base damage or alligatored asphalt need a paving contractor, and we will tell you honestly when that is the case.
