Cottonwood is the commercial hub of the Verde Valley, and at 3,300 feet it is our year-round striping zone: when Flagstaff is under snow, we are laying lines in Cottonwood. Old Town restaurants, the 89A retail corridor, medical offices, and wine-country tasting rooms all get the same local treatment — fast scheduling and no travel surcharges.
Striping in Cottonwood, done the local way
The Verde Valley's mild winters make Cottonwood the anchor of our off-season calendar, which means winter is actually the easiest time to book here — often with the fastest turnarounds of the year. For Old Town's compact, oddly shaped lots, a layout refresh can recover stalls and fix the awkward flow that older designs left behind.
Cottonwood striping questions
Can you stripe Cottonwood lots in winter?
Almost always — at 3,300 feet, Cottonwood stays warm enough for waterborne paint most of the winter. It is our busiest Verde Valley season.
Do you serve the rest of the Verde Valley?
Yes — Cottonwood, Clarkdale, Cornville, and surrounding communities are all in our regular rotation, with Camp Verde covered on its own page.
